Email support
Include the page you were using, what you expected and what happened. For account help, write from the email address on your account. Please leave passwords, recovery links, payment information and API keys out of your message.
Support is handled personally rather than by a round-the-clock team. Replies may come from our Proton Mail address.
Having trouble signing in?
Use password recovery to request a new email. Open the newest link in the same browser where you requested it. If it fails, send us the error message rather than the recovery link itself.
Your data and preferences
You can manage your saved Library and preferences in the app. For an account export or deletion request, email support with “Privacy request” in the subject. We will verify account ownership before acting. Read our privacy notice for details.
Purchased a game?
Contact the store shown on your order confirmation for payment, game-key, activation or refund issues. Troveward compares offers and does not process your purchase.
